The huge, hot-tempered jock of King's Dominion, Viktor is the son of the KGB's most notorious couple. His brute strength sets him high atop the Legacy food chain.

Early Life

His father was one of Stalin's top assassins in the KGB. British assassins tracked down his home and broke in, however, Victor's father was not at home. In retaliation, they raped and murdered Victor's mother, as Victor was too weak to stop them. Later, when his father returned home, he blamed Victor for being too weak and beat him. Since that day, Victor knew he's spend every minute to become as strong as possible to not put himself in that position.

Viktor was a bully, who always bullied the weaklings. He looked down upon rats and the outcasts.

During a party at Shabnam's house, Petra dragged him to the bedroom upstairs to escape the awkwardness because Billy had confessed his feelings to her. They had sex and Viktor was mocked by Chico for having sex with a rat.

Petra then ignored him the next day, but Viktor seemed to like her, asking her to the dance with her. But this turned out to be a plan to get her to the bathroom with the Dixe Mobs, embarassing her by dressing her up in bright colored clothes. He claimed that a rat will always be a rat, this was done because of everyone at the academy for making fun of him for sleeping with Petra.

Because of this, Petra,Lex,Billy and Marcus shot darts containing a substance in them as an act of revenge. This resulted in all of them getting detention, and which they snuck out to explore a room filled with equipment.

They were ambushed by the Kuroki Clan, to take Saya back to Tokyo with them. Viktor was then slashed in the stomach, as well as Petra getting stabbed in the shoulder.

Both him and Petra shared a moment together, as Petra comforted him with Viktor confessing that he has done bad things in life, but Petra silencing him as they thought they were going to die of their injuries.

Viktor and Brandy allied to trick Madame Gao, feeding her false information, tricking her into thinking that they betrayed Master Lin.

They then ambushed Gao, but she managed to escape. They fought off the remaining followers of Gao and Viktor lifted the door up for Lin to escape, but both him and Brandy did not manage to get out. In the process, Viktor's fingers were crushed from the door, and Brandy comforted him of his injuries, leading them to question if they bet on the right horse.

It is unknown as to where his relationship with Petra and Brandy goes, as the show was cancelled after one season.
